We want you to be happy with Navrio. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions.
Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. The refund window applies to the initial purchase and to each subsequent renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Navrio orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@navrio.lovable.app and we'll help you start the refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit usually appears within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; existing access continues until the end of your current paid period.
